These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rawon Discord bot ("the Bot"), a self-hosted music bot for Discord servers. By adding or using the Bot, you agree to these Terms.

The Bot plays audio content sourced from public third-party platforms (such as YouTube) inside Discord voice channels, based on commands issued by server members. The Bot does not host, upload, or permanently store any audio/video content it plays.

The Bot is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Bot.

The Bot is self-hosted and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without notice. These Terms may be updated periodically; continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to the Bot may be restricted or revoked for any server or user found to be in violation of these Terms, at the sole discretion of the operator.
